Upgrade site - add a forum

Hello,

I set up the site, and in wizard setup i have chosen only "Contact Us" feature. Site works ok, but now my customer wants to have forum on his site. I know ez has forum module, but dont know how can i plug it in on the installed site. I know i can set CheckValidity=true in site.ini but do i need to clean database, since the wizard is going to recreate it? This solution wouldnt be an option, since i have content already on the site.

Hi!

You have to install forum package.

From admin interface

see Packages in the left menu.

Click on that and then

select Addons repository and click on change repositery.

you will see forum package there click on that

after this just by clicking few click on next button forum package will automatically installed.

now you can customize it as per need.
