Unpacking Zip: "System cannot find the file specified"

When I'm trying to unpack the zip file for 3.3 (http://ez.no/content/download/49687/131984/file/ezpublish-3.3-3.zip) in Windows XP Pro, I get a really weird error about halfway through:
------------------------------------------------
Error copying file or folder
(X) The system cannot find the file specified.
------------------------------------------------

I've traced it down to just two folders that have the problem,
\kernel\setup\packages\corporate\files\default\file\var\corporate\storage\packages\corporate_blue
and
\kernel\setup\packages\corporate\files\default\file\var\corporate\storage\packages\corporate_green
(Did this by copying one file/folder at a time, until I narrowed down where the error was happening.)

In those folders, certain files seem to be the culprits, and the rest can download fine, so it's not the old "maximum folder depth" zip-file issue. Here are some files that cannot be copied:
ezpublish-3.3-3/kernel/setup/packages/corporate/files/default/file/var/corporate/storage/packages/corporate_blue/files/default/file/design/corporate/images/header_image-repeat.gif
ezpublish-3.3-3/kernel/setup/packages/corporate/files/default/file/var/corporate/storage/packages/corporate_blue/files/default/file/design/corporate/stylesheets/corporate-blue.css
and the corresponding files in the corporate_green package.

I'm probably not going to use that package anyhow, so I'm not particularly upset about this, but it seems really odd to me. Anyone have any ideas?

[EDIT]
I got it to work on another computer. Must just be a local problem. Sorry for wasting space with this, thought I mighta found somethin :)
