Hi,
I have tried reproduce your issue, however without success so fare. Can you check if permissions the var folder are correct?

What permissions should the "var" folder have?

Enough permissions for the webserver to write into it.777 is good if you are not too tight about security

Permissions: 775 i try to change this to 777. Hopefully it's bether now- more information cooming soon.
