Hello,

I recently install and configure a website on EzPublish with a domain www.xxxxx.xxx, the online site will unfortunately be in a different domain name, I changed the files site.ini, site.ini.append.php (siteURL) in settings, make a "clear cache" and then physically delete the cache files on the FTP but the site is still inaccessible in the right domain name, whereas under the old domain name, it works perfectly. ..

When I connect with on the new domain name I find arrive on the identification page of EzPublish, and none of my IDs can pass away.

Can someone tell me how to make a change of domain name EzPublish?

Thank you in advance for your response to my problem.

Sorry for my bad English.

Note : EzPublish version 4.0.1

Phan,

Is your virtual host file set up properly with the new domain?

When you say the site is inaccessibly in the right domain name, exactly what results do you get?

hello,
thank you for responding and sorry for this late response.

Normally the virtual host file is set up properly with the new domain file is because when I write the associated domain name in an explorer, I get on well ezpublish interface installed on the site.

I am on the page which ask me for my IDs ....

I'm afraid you'll need to try to explain it one more time.
Also upload image of the page you get somewhere and link to it to avoid misunderstandings.

Really sorry for my bad English :/

My site on EzPublish : http://www.zenith-communication.com/

I wish apply this domain on it : www.hautesomme-tourisme.fr

screenshot of error : http://www.zenith-internet.com/ezpublish/EzPublish.jpg

I currently redirect all access to the site on http://www.zenith-communication.com/ to avoid errors

Thx :)

Seems like you use host matching for the siteaccess setup, take a look in settings/override/site.ini.append.php and add the new domain (with and withouth the www) as a host match for the siteaccess you currently use for "zenith-communication.com".

I have already change all the site.ini.append.php with this line :

Old : SiteURL=www.zenith-communication.com/

New : SiteURL=www.hautesomme-tourisme.fr/

on [SiteSettings].
