Setup >> Settings and Look and Feel not working in Admin

Hi all,

Since updating to 3.4.1 the options appeard in the eZpublish admin section of 'Settings' and 'Look and Feel' unders the Setup menu in the eZpublish Admin.

However, I have the problem that when I click on either of these I get 'Object is Unavailable' Error/ Kernel (3).

I am guessing that this is because I had folders with object ID 52 and 54 when using an earlier version which I deleted.
Is there somehow I can get these back?

I would really appreciate any help,
