Hello
I hope someone can help me.I would like to use the shopping function without authentication. Any hints?

Enter the administation interface, and go to : Users->Roles->Anonymous. Edit the role and add rights to the module shop, function buy.

To remove the login panel altogether...
Go into Admin > Setup > Toolbar Management > Select Siteaccess (news, plain etc) > choose from the toolbars (probably Top) and you should see the login with a check box to select, click Remove.
