Reindexing search

Hi,

As the documentation shows, I have deleted the search tables in the EZ database:

'delete from ezsearch_word;'
'delete from ezsearch_object_word_link;'

but now the problem is that i haven't posiblity to activate the 'cli' mode to execute the script to reindex the search.

'php -C update/common/scripts/updatesearchindex.php'

Is it posible to execute the script in cgi mode or exist any other way to reindex the search funcionality? I have tryed to eecute the script directly without '-C' but there is no results are shown in the search.
