Problem in forum on ez.no

I tried to open this post in the forum:

http://ez.no/community/forum/install_configuration/multilingual_site_with_nice_urls_no_index_php

but I couldn't. I tried to open it in Mozilla and Internet Explorer and it both browsers I got message:

Web site not found

In Mozilla also the adress in the adress bar changed to

http://ezno/

when I clicked the link. I'm behind a firewall and using proxy on port 8080. It happens only for this post, all other work well.

Should I report this as a bug?
