In Exponential 4, I'm frequently getting a "redirect" page coming up with a redirect button whenever I change pages in the admin area. This happens at least 50% of the time and is starting to get annoying as everything takes longer and requires two clicks instead of one.
This is on a local development machine.
Any ideas what could be causing this and how to fix it?

Check your settings overrides!
Someone has enabled redirection debug.
[DebugSettings] # Controls if redirects should be debuggable, set to enable to get a redirect # page with debug info. # This is useful for development while production sites should have it off DebugRedirection=disabled
