No rewrite & virtual host,no ez can run

is this right?

i have fellowed the installation in this site to install ez on my pc 3 days, but i only get 127.0.0.1/index.php show, all link like 127.0.0.1/content/full/1 ..... can not work.
also ,the strange link like 127.0.0.1/index.php/news which i first know in ez responsed a internal error of 500 .
i had modify apache to support rewrite function,but why this can not work?

i m so boring with ez.
