Hi,

I'm a first timer in installing eZ publisher, but I have done installations like mediawiki and phpbb and such before.

Now I'm trying to install eZ publisher and I'm stuck. I get the message:

http://www.davinia.nl/temp/fout2.jpg

But phpmyadmin says:

http://www.davinia.nl/temp/fout1.jpg

What can I do??

It only says that you're currently connecting using this encoding. Go to the operations/options tab for given database in PHPMyAdmin, there will be an option to change default encoding. That's what eZ Publish verifies in the setup wizard.
