Hi,
we recently had our installation updated to 3.9.2 and somehow this resulted in the dropdowns for site acces and admin to be empty. So now when I try to install a package and get to the point where I have to select which site access I want this package installed to, I cannot continue since the list is blank. the consultant we used is temporarily unavailable so I was wondering whether there was a way to manually install a package or make the drop downs work again? The dropdowns in the override section don't work either.

Thanks
Michael

Thanks for the answer, it solved the problem.

Interesting how you sometimes focus so much on solving one problem (cannot import packages) that you end up ignoring another (the empty site list)

Hmm, doesn't seem to work quite right. I get the sites in the lists now, but when I press 'next' the page refreshes and I am returned to the same page again where I am supposed to choose the siteaccesses, so the package install never finishes.

never mind. access rights were set incorrectly
