when i'm trying to create special formattings?
its opens a new window to layout.no?

This is a Oe 4.x bug when you enable PathPrefix in eZ Publish. use Oe on a siteaccess that doesn't use PathPrefix setting or download newest OE 4.x from svn or try out OE 5.0rc if you are on eZ Publish 4.0.
