Ok, i choose PostgreSQL 7.4.2 but is a problem w database initialization :/

I ve got message

Please make sure that the username and the password is correct. Verify that your PostgreSQL database is configured correctly.
See the PHP documentation for more information about this.
Remember to start postmaster with the -i option.
Note that PostgreSQL 7.2 is not supported.

What`s wrong? Does eZ publish 3.4.2 support PostgreSQL 7.4.2? I need to use UTF-8.
