Internal Server Error installing EZ 3.9

I've already installed version 3.8 and there weren't problems ...... I think could be a problem of access ............ I had similar problems with another suite (after installation) and .htaccess ........... Now i tried with and without .htaccess (in ez root) but it doesn't work ............ If i try to refresh the same thing ............ If I try to acces directly to the site (with the siteaccess ezwebin_site or ezwebin_site_admin) restart installation ........ I don't know what to do...........

(The provider change it recently .......) but I can't modify parameters on Server (Php,Mysql, Apache) I read previous posts and Issues ........but i understand (maybe) to change the server parameters but I CAN'T and I don't know what to do ............. There's a solution modifying Ez installation parameters/scripts ????? Thanks
