Yes, in one of the newser version (either in trunk or the one included in 3.9.1) the styles for the webtoolbar (frontside editor) is exluded into it's own file, so:
* add the ezwebin extenstion
* activate it
* add the ezwebin design as one of your ADDITIONAL designs on the site accesses you want it on
* include the webtoolbar.css in the top of your paglayout.tpl * include the parts/webtoolbar*.tpl in the place you want them Some variables needs to be present, probably $current_node_id or somthing, look in ezwebin templates for more reference.
