Has anyone successfully installed v 4.1.3 bundled on Godaddy paid shared hosting plan with Linux and Fast CGI? If so, I need some help with configuration settings! I have been unsuccessful with getting past AcceptPathInfo using .htaccess, php.ini and config.php
