I can install 3.5.0 successfully on Fedora Core 2 but not FC3. Identical problem with 3.4.4. Finetune is happy in all cases. Fully updated machines: httpd-2.0.52-3.1, php-4.3.10-3.2, mysql-server-3.23.58-14 on FC3. The FC2 machine has: httpd-2.0.51-2.9, php-4.3.10-2.4, mysql-server-3.23.58-9.1.

Used from-scratch, normal installation, plain with no additional functionality. Everything is fine until very last screen of wizard ("site registration"). Clicking return (or whatever) results in:

Fatal error: eZ publish did not finish its request

httpd logs show:

PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in
/var/www/html/my_site/kernel/classes/datatypes/ezimage/ezimagealiashandler.php on line 1290,
referer: http://<blah.blah.blah>/my_site/index.php

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Chris

Hi

The same type of error here, with:
- FC3, apache 2.052, php 4.3.9, mysql 3.23.58

Im trying ezp 3.5.2 and 3.4.6

The error I get on browser, is:
Fatal error: eZ publish did not finish its request
The execution of eZ publish was abruptly ended, the debug output is present below.

But nothing bellow the message.

I donmt find anything on httpd error.log and nothing on the ezp error.log

Any sugestions are realy apreciated. I only have this FC3 machine and reallyu dont want use the windows partition.
