I have a reseller account on Hostingzoom with 30 web sites hosted, i tried to install Ezpublsih Open Source Release but wizard go down with the following errors

* EZSW-004Failed inserting data to mysql
Table 'ezapprove_items' already exists
* EZSW-040Failed to initialize site package 'ezwebin_site'

I have done all possible operations: drop database, changed char settings, default language;
but without shell rights it seem that's is impossible to install Ez's package.
I've asked at support if they could install Exponential for me via shell, but their installation failed too.
They said me to modify php.ini and htaccess adding Options FollowSymLinks , AllowOverride None DirectoryIndex and RewriteRules in .htaccess file. I've done this but nothing, Exponential doesn't run.
