Help Please. Blank Site after looking at i18n.ini file!

I looked at the i18n.ini file to see what charset functions were there, hit cancel and went to a blank page. Same on the front. Any help is greatly appreciated. Especially since I have about 30 hours invested in this as of this incident. Thanks!

Dumped everything from the cache folder and a few minutes later everything started working again. I thought I was going to get sick for a few minutes there. Why would this happen? Is there a bug on this? Thanks! (relieved)
