help install Exponential on Win2000

I have downloaded Exponential installers for win 2000, but after installation and configuration I have some probleme, when I try to open the page of mysite I see the message:

"Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in c:\Exponential\Exponential\lib\ezxml\classes\ezxml.php on line 298
Fatal error: Exponential did not finish its request
The execution of Exponential was abruptly ended, the debug output is present below".

If I restart my pc, I see the message that same ...dll of Exponential aren't win32 vadid applications.

What can I Do?

I have notice that the installation documentation is for linux also in the sections intended for windows.
