Note: I used installer for windows 98. So it should work inmediatly. Tks & RgdsCarlos

Now I trying to install version 2.2.9 also with installer for windows 9x

You're quick. :-) Version 2.2.9 is completely different from version 3. So switching later is not really an option.
Anyway, what is your config (CPU, RAM)? Did you download the latest version? Depending on your config and language, ez publish may use a lot of time the first time it is loaded. Try setting the maximum execution time for php scripts to 120 or 180 seconds.
