Forum package installation

When I try to install the forum package I get the following error

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /opt/ezpublish/sites/default/lib/ezxml/classes/ezdomnode.php on line 409
Fatal error: eZ publish did not finish its request

The execution of eZ publish was abruptly ended, the debug output is present below.

I am using version 3.73. Does anyone know a fix?
