Hi there,
Hope somebody can help me.
How to fetch user(senders) IP Address in feedback form.
Please help.

You might use this template operator:http://ez.no/developer/contribs/template_plugins/ezservervars
Be aware of caching issues ,etc.

First, install the Swark extension ( http://ez.no/developer/contribs/template_plugins/swark for eZ Publish 3 or http://ez.no/developer/contribs/template_plugins/swark_for_ez_publish_4 for eZ Publish 4 ).
To get a "user IP address", use {server( 'remote_addr' )}.
