ezwebin_site installation package from blank install

Hi,

I'de like to install ezwebin_site package in a new site access.
Ezpublish 3.9.2 is already installed with a few siteaccesses ( almost 10 ).
I've created a new site access for admin ( copy of another admin site access ).
I've created and filled a new database with "kernel_schema.sql" and "cleandata.sql".
I can access to my new admin section.

Then I've download the ezwebin_site package and other packages dependencies.
I've installed the following packages :

ezwebin_banners  	1.2-0 [contentobject]  
ezwebin_classes 	1.2-0 [contentclass] 	
ezwebin_democontent 	1.2-0 [contentobject] 
ezwebin_extension 	1.2-0 [extension]

But, I've no idea to insall the two others ( ezwebin_design 1.2-0 [sitestyle] and ezwebin_site 1.2-0 [site] ). their status are "imported" but there is no "Install" button ?

any advice or suggestions is welcome !!
