hi all
i'm upgrading my old 3.3-5 version to 3.4-0 but i'm not able to run the update scripts.
The error message is 'PHP is currentrly using the cgi-fcgi interface. Make sure it is using the cli interface'

Where to set this parameter? should i download something?
i looked at php.net but i didn't saw anything about the cli interface

best regards
alessandro

Hello Alessandro,

this is not a setting you can make. The fact is that we put a different binary in our distribution than what we should have done. The easiest way to obtain the correct "php.exe" is to download PHP 4.3.6 from http://no2.php.net/get/php-4.3.6-Win32.zip/from/a/mirror
and replace the php.exe file in the install directory of eZ publish with the php.exe from php-4.3.7-Win32/cli/php.exe in the zip file you just downloaded (and <b>not</b> the> php-4.3.7-Win32/php.exe one!).
