If the ezoe editor does not appear on your site then thats probably because there is additional mod_rewrite rule necessary for it, that is not mentioned in documentation:
RewriteRule ^/var/[^/]+/cache/public/.* - [L]
Also the 4.0 - 4.1 upgrade instructions are missing in documentation.
For some reason above info only appears in the news item about 4.1:http://ez.no/developer/news/ez_publish_4_1_0_released.
Could someone please update the documentation, so people looking for 4.1 related stuff actually had any chance finding it??

The oe rewrite rule is mentioned in oe doc, oe INSTALL and FAQ files and in the mentioned news post ( also the one for 4.1.1 ).On the ezp upgrade doc you absolutely correct, it is missing and should be added asap.

The natural place to mention the oe line would be the virtualhost setup doc. Thats where people copy the mod_rewrite rules from.
