Hello,
is there a way to make the Online Editor available for users directly as client (not in admin interface but inside the online website) if they are writing a content in an XML bloc placed in a form ?
I'd like to do this because for some contents I don't want to force users to go in admin interface.

Yes, this is possible. You will need set correct permissions to ezdhtml module for your editors. That's all.
More about front-end editing you can read here:http://ez.no/products/ez_publish_cms/documentation/customization/tips_tricks/editing_creating_and_removing_content_from_the_user_page

Thanks for this answer,
I'll read the page you linked. It's a very good news for me to be able to do this.
