My host uses ENSIM and it uses a wapper to run PHP as CGI with the identity of the user not the one from Apache (tipical nobody)
In this situation any url in the formhttp://site.com/script.php/something/somethig
Causes internal server Error. (I supose due to the wrapper changing the paths)
So EZ Publish should use a traditional link structure based on parameters like script.php?parameter=value
In order to keep the Search engine free - URL?s the only requiremente is using Apache?s Mod Rewrite in an .htaccess file like does "Gallery" gallery.sourceforge.net
Most hosting companies are using wrappers + CGI PHP instead of PHP Apache Module configure with safe mode so the security is bigger, and there are no problems with PHP disabled functions on safe mode.
