Error patching 3.1.0-2 to 3.1-1

I'm having problem patching Ez 3.1.0-2 to 3.1-1.

I put the file: "diff-ezpublish-3.1.0-2-to-ezpublish-3.1-1.patch" into eZ publish directory and applied the command:
patch -p1 < diff-ezpublish-3.1.0-2-to-ezpublish-3.1-1.patch

I get this error from patch:
patch: **** strip count l is not a number

What's the problem?
