I have just installed eZ on: Mandrake 9.1, with: Apache 3.2.1, PHP 4.3.3 Mysql 4.0.11a gamma ImageMagick 5.5.7.10 Eveything seemed to go smoothely and MySql, PHP, Apache and ImageMagick run. I also got through the ez setup script and all tests before "Other tests" succeded. However, "Other tests" display the following errors: php-magicquotes --Failure zlib-extension - Failure mbstring_extension - Failure imagegd_extension - Failure imagamagick_program - Success database_all_extensions - Failure file_upload - Success php_register_globals - Success When I start eZ (http://localhost) only "home", Index", "Search", "Copyright" and "Author" are accessibel, the rest of the menu is dark and not aaccessible. Moreover, "Home" and "Index" do not work, but display: Error / kernel (3) Object not available. Any ideas what's missing? Regards

I had a similar problem, don't know if you solved this yet, but I ended up having to edit the site.ini file so that the language settings were correct. The file had GB but I had specified US during set up. Making the change to US in the file made all the difference. I would check to make sure the site.ini file has the appropriate settings.
