edit user profile template

Hello.

I use ezpublish with ezwebin. When I register and then login to edit my profile I can see the toolbar (with manage versions, translate from and so on options), and current drafts of the user profile. I don't want users (guests) have an access to that toolbar and to see draft list, just to see the page with the option to change email and so on. Can I do it from the admin panel or it needs some template overriting?
