Does anyone know how to create the initial admin user manually?

Does anyone know how to create the initial admin user manually, that is directly in the db, or with some tool?

The reason for my asking is that the install script fails unless I comment out the parts of the code that adds the admin user data.

If someone has an sql-dump of a plain 3.4(.4) install with no data but with the installation activated, that would be sufficent.

Check my previous posting for a detailed explanation of the install problem.

What happens if I force the installation to go through by commenting out the code is that all forms in theinterface goes away. If I only had the opurtunity to get the admin user in, i could see weither these two problems were related.
