Hi guys...

Can anybody give me suggestions on how to set a "serious" working environment up for a large eZ publish 3.x project?

I need to prepare for problems like this:

Let's say I want to play with a content scenario [previewing changes to a whole section, not just an article] on my staging server. Once I approve it, how can I move it to the production live server? Is there some sort of export/import functionality for subsets of content, or am I supposed to replicate the whole editing work?

Shall I mess with the production server in a cloned private section and then "overwrite" the original one?

Does "row-level" logging of content editing activity exist?

Regards, :DTM.

From version 3.4 it's possible to import and export content trees and nodes, including templates and class definitions. Please see :
http://ez.no/ez_publish/documentation/ez_publish_3_4/content_object_import_and_export
http://ez.no/ez_publish/documentation/ez_publish_3_4/content_object_export_with_ezpm

I reccomend using the command line version or large content trees.
