Hi,

Is it possible to assing a workflow to a usergroup so that anyone who belongs to this group will require aproval from and admin to publish?

I see that you can assign a workflow to an individual but can I assign a workflow to an entire user group? (existing and future members)

TIA

Can you feel it Mr. Anderson? Closing in on you? Oh I can, I really should thank you after all. It was, after all, it was your life that taught me the purpose of all life. Purpose of life is to end.

It seems a difficult topic, after a week no answers.

I can see that is not possible yet in ezp 3.4.2, only individual workflows are possible.

Wouldn't it be nice to assign a User Group a workflow, so that any content created and sent to publish by anyone that belongs to this group will always need to be validated previously by a higher level user?

Any opinion on this?

Thanx

With a custom event you could do this right now. The content/publish/after trigger exists so its a matter of checking the user and its group.
