users rights mangement ? create/read/nothing ?

Hi I'm french testing the new ez publish 4.x, and i would like to know how can manage users rights.

What i would like to:

- a guest user (without id) coul see some pages, some blog post, ....
- some users or groups couldn't see some pages or blog post
- some users or groups could see some pages or blog post
- some users or groups could write some pages or blog post
and when he create it that he could choose from wich group/user it could be seen.

i'm trying to understand how policies and content and roles coul help me without understanding the way i have to take.
