Hi to all,

I have a strange problem : Some admin account doesn't work anymore in the back office.

I got 3 admin logins.
I usually used to connect with the admin1 but last week, when I tried to login I've got a : <i> Fatal error: eZ publish did not finish its request
The execution of eZ publish was abruptly ended, the debug output is present below.</i> and no possibility to login with this account ( front office as the same problem with this account ).

So I used admin2 and I was abled to connect. Nothing special in the admin1 user account, or session in the back office.
But today, the admin2 account as the same problem : my login is reject with the same <b>Fatal error</b>.

So I used the admin3 account.
With this account, I tried to delete and recreate the admin1 or admin2 account, but the operation stop with a <b>Fatal error</b> ( nothing else in debug mode ).
My admin1 and admin2 seems to be corrupt but I don't know why.

I create a new admin4 account, just in case of the admin3 account crash.... :-S

When I check the ezuser* database, everything seems to be ok. But my 2 admins accounts are unusabled.

Did you experiment a such problem ? How did you resolved it ?

Any suggestions are welcome.

Regards.

Alex.

Hi Peretjatko,

Check your apache error log for more debug information on the PHP fatal error. This should start you off in the right direction.

If you could reply with that information I might be able to provide you some further assistance in why this has occurred.

Andrew.

Hi Andrew,

I didn't think about to look in the apache error, and I've found an error in an event extension :

[Wed Sep 17 13:59:34 2008] [error] [client <<MyIPAdress>>] PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE in /home/xxxxxxxxxxx/html/extension/agconforderevent/eventtypes/event/eztestconforder/eztestconfordertype.php on line 45, referer: http://www.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.com/fr_admin/user/login

Don't ask me why this event crash some admin loggin and not all of them, but this was the tricks.

Thanks.

Alex.

Alex.
