Treemenu works not properly

My site ran ez 3.6. Because of installing pHp 4.4, my site is up to 3.7.
A problem appears: when clicking on a menu item of the left menu (treemenu), the menu items of the children nodes do not appear.
Help me!

I replace kernel/common/eztreemenuoperator.php by the newest "trunk" file. My problem disappear.
