Ok, i find it...In the texttoimage.ini, i had to add a new record like :
[special_last_title] Family=bkant PointSize=16 XAdjustment=0 YAdjustment=0 WidthAdjustment=2 HeightAdjustment=4 Angle=0 BackgroundColor=#F2EEE9TextColor=#9B0B0B
