Shop implementation --- forget ---

I saw in ez site, in online editor page ( http://ez.no/products/power_tools/online_editor ) , the possibility to select a year of license upgrade duration. This option add a 29$ on an selected option line in basket. I tryed without sucess, can you help / explain how is this possible?
