When I publish content at our site, the content under Forum - latest posts are not shown, but when I enter the tread, the posts are shown. Guess this is a caching problem, but I don't know how to solve this.

Mayby try with
{set-block scope=root variable=cache_ttl}0{/set-block}
(first line of forum template)

Yes I tried {set-block scope=root variable=cache_ttl}0{/set-block} earlier this day and it worked, but now the pages are not cached, and ez is sloooow :p

Try to use a cache-block ( http://ez.no/doc/ez_publish/technical_manual/3_8/reference/template_functions/miscellaneous/cache_block ) with a subtree expiry on the forum subtree.
