Please help !!! - I have problem editing ini settings in 3.4 admin pannel

when I view ini file on the admin and I press on one of the settings to edit I recieve the standard explorer message "The page cannot be found".

for example:
http://mysite.com/mysiteaccess/settings/edit/admin/site.ini/ContentSettings/EditDirtyObjectAction/default

If I will remove the ".ini" from the url string it will work but there is no ini file named "site" only "site.ini", so I won't be able to edit the setting.

Please, anyone can help?
