One Question on the new tutorial:

Well,

The instructions are simple:
1) Clear cache
2) Copy and paste the code in a new file (pagelayout.tpl)
3) Create directories /design/tscm, /design/tscm/templates
4) Put pagelayout.tpl in /design/tscm/templates

Well, when I try to enter the url (http://www.mysite.com/ez/index.php/tscm) I receive the standard error "module not found".

What am I doing wrong here?

(Installation of the plain site worked fine, doing this on a shared host with shell access).
