newsletter helppp..

hi,
i followed this link http://ez.no/community/contributions/applications/newsletter
to do my newsletter..and then i had the (kernel 50) "no db connection" error..i now this error occur if anything is wrong in the .ini files..
--> i undo(ed) all th changes i made..and still the error exist..i really don't know what can i dooo...
plzzz helppp..
