Module end 'content'

We are logged in ezsite_admin.
We see under content on left site our content structure menu,
in middle nothing, on right site all general settings.

Normally we expect the overview of content by click in the tree of content structure
in left menu. but this middle range is empty. What for ini-files are damaged?
The missing template is not missing - it is in the file system under design.
But eZ says.. No template could be loaded for "node/view/full.tpl" using resource "design".
Why?

Tried clearing cache? (override cache and template cache)
