Is EZ Publish for me?

Hello,

I've been researching few open source CMS for a multi-website content management system that should contain the following features. Does Ez Publishsatisfy these requirements?

1. Video, Audio and Flash content capability.
2. Syndication of content
3. The CMS should output content in XML, PDF, Printed version
4. A solid ACL (Access Control) at the backend
5. Workflow and Versioning of content (very important)
6. Contents are created by authors, edited by editors and published by Publishers. A workflow is a MUST.
7. Survery, sweeps and poll
8. Mass email and email system for NewsLetter
9. Web statisctics similar to AWStat, Urchin including content statistics.
10. Cross browser/cross platform compatible.
11. SEO/SEF (Search Engine) Meta data configurable (Very important).
12. Scalability and Performance (Faster page downloads)
13. Caching

I greatly appreciate any feedback on this.
