How to display forum information on My profile

On the My profile page, there are following items: My drafts My orders My pending items My notification settings My wish list I also want to display user's information with forum like these: My forum topics My forum replies I scan the forum, however, no conclusive answer. Could somebody please help me? Thanks! Best regards!
