Hello everyone:

FireBright is planning on expanding operations this year to one overseas location, and we'd like to weight in with the community to see what they're interested in.

We currently operate out of a cage in Mae West in San Jose, California. We have another rack about 150 miles away that we use as a DRP for our larger clients.

We used to have a facility in NY, NY, but moved everything to California to help control costs and improve service.

However, we'd really like to serve our overseas customers better, with service local to their particular country. I'm sure this is something that a lot of eZ Publish Partners have thought about doing, so I'm sure this would actually be helpful to everyone of the partners.

We're thinking about starting an eZ Publish business unit in either:

- Sydney, AUS
- The Docklands, UK
- Amsterdam, Netherlands
- Hong Kong, China

Why these places?

- There seems to be a great deal of interest in CMS solutions from Australia.
- The Docklands has the best peering with the US of any location in Europe (Telehouse is a straight shot from our current facility)
- The Netherlands would really help serve the No/Swe/Den customers of eZ
- A fairly good portion of our customers are coming from Asia (Japan, China, Vietnam in particular)

But, what is it that eZ end-users are looking for? Where would you like to see expansion? Where is there demand for these services? Basically, where can FireBright, and more generally eZ's partners, serve you better?

I'd really like to hear from the community about this, as we're in the planning stages and are trying to determine where the greatest demand for eZ Publish actually is coming from in the world.

Thanks for your time as always!
