I have had a question in the installation forum for well over a week and the only reply I have had was just asking questions on something that i had already covered. I answered to make my points clearer and I still havent had a reply.
How do you get help for this product? I dont want to sign up for support just so i can test a product, I might not want to use it after i have eventually got it installed. The problem i am having seems like a major problem but no one seems interested.
Is there another forum somewhere where i might find help as the community here seems very quiet which is a real shame, compared to other open source software like OS commerce for example!!

The community will answer if they can, however in some cases the problem is either hard to reproduce or figure out.
However the eZ crew should answer forum messages as soon as possible, when this doesn't happen it is often a result of too little time on our hands.We make efforts to make sure this doesn't happen but sometimes it slips. For all who haven't gotten a respone we apologize.
