Frontpage Only - Firebright VDS

We had another problem with our Firebright hosted VDS site last night with it effectively being down for about 4+ hours.

Turns out that it was a kernel-level issue limiting available sockets, so they reset the main server and it was eventually back up again.

However, our ez publish part of the site still isn't working properly as we can only see the frontpage.

We've continued the ticket with Firebright support but we haven't heard anything from them for more than 3 hours and we'd really like to get things up and running as quickly as possible.

Any tips on how we can fix it or what might be causing ez publish to only show the front page?. Is this likely to be an ezpublish problem, VDS or something else?

Cheers

All of the top links work because they go off to another part of the site that doesn't run on ezpublish, but the side menu links are ezpublish

http://www.wildaboutbritain.co.uk/wildlife/index.php/nature/information

and nothing works beyond index.php

Thanks Gabrielle, looks like it was a mod-rewrite issue. Not sure what had been changed, but I swapped the http.conf with one from a few weeks ago and now it's all back up again.
